Payment is expected at the time of service. Types of payments accepted are cash, credit and debit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Insurances we are in-network for and accept include:

We will not be able to back date, refund or submit a claim on your behalf if insurance information is not provided at the time of service.
